    • This French-style sablé is infused with both yuzu powder and yuzu extract, for a citrus profile that is aromatic, slightly floral and refined. Rich egg yolks give it a naturally golden hue and a tender, buttery crumb. Each cookie is rolled in yuzu turbinado sugar, creating a crisp, sparkling edge that gives way to a soft, melt-in-your-mouth center.
  • Sour Cherry Linzer Tarts (3)
    • These buttery almond cookies are lightly spiced with cinnamon and filled with a bright sour cherry center that cuts through the richness. Finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, each one feels familiar, nostalgic, and just refined enough.
  • Strawberry + Matcha Shortbread (4)
    • A twist on our Uji matcha shortbread, this cookie is made with two doughs pressed together into one. One side is earthy, smooth matcha made with ceremonial-grade Uji. The other is a bright strawberry shortbread made with real strawberry powder.
  • Almond Croissant Cookies (3)
    • It starts with our signature brown butter cookie, rolled in feuilletine (thin crisp flakes that come from a baked crêpe), for those delicate, crispy shards that mimic the flaky edges of a croissant. It’s topped with frangipane and sliced almonds that toast gently in the oven, bringing out a warm, nutty depth.
