You can select a preferred delivery date using the date picker at checkout. We do our best to ship orders so they arrive close to your selected date. Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays, so for important celebrations we recommend choosing a delivery date that allows a little flexibility. You will an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

We typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday to help ensure gifts arrive fresh. For destinations in the Northeast, we may occasionally ship on Thursday or Friday since ground shipping often arrives the next day, especially within New York and nearby states.

Our cookies vary in shelf life depending on the recipe. Our signature Life-Changing Chocolate Chip Cookies are best enjoyed the day they arrive or within one to two days for the best flavor and texture. Some of our other cookies will keep a bit longer.

To help maintain freshness during shipping, each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed in home compostable cellophane.
