Our custom gifting experiences generally range from $30 to $125 per recipient, depending on the contents, level of customization, and presentation. We’ll recommend options based on your budget and the impression you want to make.
Do your prices include shipping and customization?
Box pricing reflects the curated gift experience itself. Shipping, custom branding, and multi-recipient delivery are quoted separately to ensure accurate, fair pricing based on your order size, destinations, and level of personalization.
How far in advance should we place our order?
For most orders, we recommend 5–10 business days. Larger or highly customized programs may require additional time. Rush options are available upon request.
Can you ship to multiple recipients and home addresses?
Yes. For orders of under 20 recipients, you can use our multi-address shipping at checkout and include individualized gift notes for each box in one seamless process.
For larger orders or if you’d like hands-on support, we’ll provide a simple template to share your recipient list, gift selections, and any notes or dietary considerations. You can upload a spreadsheet or use our secure form, and we’ll review and format every address before fulfillment to help ensure smooth delivery.
Do you ship outside of the US?
At the moment we do not provide shipping outside of the US. You are, however, welcome to purchase gifts from us then ship them abroad yourself!
What types of customization do you offer?
We offer custom printed cookies, brand-matched packaging accents, personalized notes or insert cards, and fully custom gift builds based on your budget, theme, or campaign.
What happens if there’s a delivery issue?
We provide white-glove delivery assurance. Our team monitors shipments and steps in to manage any issues, including complimentary reshipment when needed.
Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
We've supported orders from 5 recipients boxes to 30,000 individual cookies. Our typical orders are between 20-50 recipients. For large or ongoing programs, we can design a custom workflow and pricing structure.
Do you offer invoicing or payment terms?
Yes. We can provide invoices and standard net terms for qualified corporate clients. Let us know your procurement or AP requirements.
Are your gifts suitable for dietary or cultural considerations?
Yes. We curate across our baked goods and handcrafted items and can accommodate most dietary preferences, ingredient sensitivities, and cultural moments when designing your box. Although our kitchen handles common allergens such as gluten and nuts, we take special precautions to minimize chances of cross-contamination.
Can we reorder or set up an ongoing gifting program?
