Our Lemon and White Chocolate Cookie Crisps are hand-piped mini cookies made with European butter, coconut oil, King Arthur bread flour, white chocolate, yuzu powder, and fresh lemon zest, baked until they're lightly toasted, crispy and snappy, then gone in a single melt-on-your-tongue moment. Bright and fragrant rather than tart, these are surprisingly refreshing. 

Each can contains 4 oz. of cookie crisps, which is about 100 cookies.
