A twist on our Uji matcha shortbread, this cookie is made with two doughs pressed together into one. One side is earthy, smooth matcha made with ceremonial-grade Uji. The other is a bright strawberry shortbread made with real strawberry powder.

Both are built on a traditional shortbread base made with European butter, giving it that rich, tender bite.

You can enjoy each side on its own, or take a bite through both and get the full contrast in one moment.
